TikiGem Jewelry Boutique currently ships to the United States and Canada via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Purchased jewelry items are shipped within 48 hours Monday-Friday. Allow 4-7 business days for domestic deliveries throughout the United States and 5-10 for deliveries to Canada.

TikiGem currently charges a flat shipping fee. US = $5.95 per item. Canada = $7.95 per item.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your TikiGem.com jewelry purchase!
If you are not happy with your TikiGem purchase, return the jewelry within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the purchase price, less shipping costs, to you upon receipt of the returned jewelry. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition with merchandise tag still affixed in order for a refund. The returned jewelry must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Please contact us to let us know you are returning the jewelry. Place all the original packaging in a return box, including your return jewelry and a copy of the invoice to: TikiGem Client Services, P.O. Box 704, Plainfield, NJ 07061.
2. The jewelry should be mailed in a box, not an envelope as the jewelry may be crushed in an envelope and sent to the assigned/return email provided by customer service:
3. Please ship to us using the US Postal Service or UPS. We recommend you insure your return as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We also recommend using the postal service’s Delivery Confirmation or UPS tracking services that will show when your package was delivered back to us.
4. Your return will be processed within 7 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your returned jewelry. You will receive an email confirming your refund.
5. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. In case of damage, alteration or wear, a credit will not be issued. We suggest shipping insurance as we will not replace or refund jewelry lost or stolen in the mail while in delivery from you to us.
